SLx 45 slit lamp with 3-step magnification and table mount
The SLx 45 is the middle one of our three slit lamps: three magnifications, a sturdy stand and apochromatic optics. Made for practices that examine every day and sometimes need more detail than 16×.
Optics and illumination
- Magnification in three steps: 10×, 16× and 25×.
- 5 W LED illumination with even light at every magnification.
- MaxLite™ coated, apochromatic optics: a sharp image with natural colours, also during longer examinations.
- The coating is scratch-resistant and works against fogging and fungus, so the image stays clear.
Operation and build
- Sturdy stand with smooth mechanics, also under intensive use.
- Compact illumination unit, so the lamp takes little space.
- Lead-free optics; the touch surfaces have an antimicrobial paint.
- 20° slit tilt.
Extensions
- Applanation tonometer for measuring intraocular pressure.
- Beam splitter and camera adapter for photos, video or a second observer.
- Diffuser, breath shield and a motorised table.
