VAT: what you pay
- Netherlands: 21% VAT is added at checkout.
- EU business with a VAT number: no VAT. Enter your number at checkout or in your quote request. We check it in the EU register (VIES) and the VAT is removed straight away; your invoice says “VAT reverse charged”.
- Private buyers in the EU: 21% VAT.
- Outside the EU: no Dutch VAT. Your own country may charge import duty and tax when the goods arrive.
Delivery
- Small instruments: €7,95 in the Netherlands, €14,95 elsewhere in the EU.
- Large equipment such as slit lamps goes by freight, and you see the cost at checkout.
- Outside the EU: we arrange freight in your quote.
